A morning of honest conversation, shared wisdom, and space to reconnect with what you need.
Reserve your spot ↗Why we’re gathering
Maybe your conversations stay on the surface. Maybe you’re carrying changes in your body, relationships, or identity—and wondering who you can really talk to.
This gathering makes room for what often goes unspoken: motherhood, aging, belonging, expectations, and the realities of being a woman.
A place to feel heard, connected, and understood. Meet women who want honest conversation, make room for new friendships, and explore what we want to change—for ourselves and the women who come after us.

What you’ll take with you
Share what you’re navigating and hear from women in other stages of life—beyond your usual circle.
Practice naming a need, a boundary, or a desire. Choose one next step to carry into your everyday life.
Try simple breath and movement practices you can return to after a stressful day or before a difficult conversation.

Inside the morning
For women craving deeper conversation, navigating a new chapter, or wanting room to listen to themselves.
Come on your own or with a friend. No experience needed. Share only what feels comfortable.
Your facilitators

Women’s history · Voice · Leadership
Jodi is a women’s historian and founder of JVD Consulting. She helps women connect their personal stories to the larger forces shaping their lives—and question expectations they may have inherited. Through storytelling and leadership reflection, she invites women to recognize their wisdom, learn across generations, and imagine a different way forward.

Breathwork · Somatic awareness · Embodiment
Jamie is the founder of Jamie Dorn Somatics. She brings breathwork and somatic experiencing to help women process in their bodies what conversation brings to the surface. Her work creates space to notice what you’re carrying, reconnect with your needs, and practice trusting your own voice—so insight becomes something you can feel and use.
