Why we’re gathering

You can know a lot of people
and still feel alone.

Maybe your conversations stay on the surface. Maybe you’re carrying changes in your body, relationships, or identity—and wondering who you can really talk to.

This gathering makes room for what often goes unspoken: motherhood, aging, belonging, expectations, and the realities of being a woman.

A place to feel heard, connected, and understood. Meet women who want honest conversation, make room for new friendships, and explore what we want to change—for ourselves and the women who come after us.

What you’ll take with you

Connection. Clarity.
Something you can use.

01 / FEEL LESS ALONE

Real conversations.
New perspectives.

Share what you’re navigating and hear from women in other stages of life—beyond your usual circle.

02 / HEAR YOURSELF

A clearer sense
of what you need.

Practice naming a need, a boundary, or a desire. Choose one next step to carry into your everyday life.

03 / COME BACK TO YOUR BODY

A grounding practice
to take home.

Try simple breath and movement practices you can return to after a stressful day or before a difficult conversation.

Inside the morning

A place to pause.
A chance to connect.

For women craving deeper conversation, navigating a new chapter, or wanting room to listen to themselves.

  1. 01
Pause the doing. Notice what you need.Begin with guided grounding and body awareness to step out of your daily roles, notice what you’re carrying, and make room for yourself.
  2. 02
Have the conversations you’ve been missing.Explore women’s history and the expectations we’ve inherited. In small groups across generations, share honestly about bodies, relationships, motherhood, aging, identity, and belonging—with space to be heard and learn from one another.
  3. 03
Bring the insights into your body—and your life.Use guided breath and gentle movement to notice and process what the conversations bring up. Close by naming one step to carry forward: a boundary to express, a need to honor, or a connection to continue.

Come on your own or with a friend. No experience needed. Share only what feels comfortable.

Breathwork · Somatic awareness · Embodiment

Jamie is the founder of Jamie Dorn Somatics. She brings breathwork and somatic experiencing to help women process in their bodies what conversation brings to the surface.
